Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the Eco-Bud website, its information, tools, directories and contact services.
Effective date: 28 September 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Eco-Bud website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
These Terms apply to the Website, its articles, directories, project information, build diaries, downloadable or viewable materials, contact forms and other publicly available features.
Submitting an enquiry through the Website does not by itself create a contract, partnership, agency relationship or obligation to provide products or services.
2. Website operator
The Website is currently operated by Ihor Sobol, an individual, under the Eco-Bud name.
Contact email: ecobud.info@gmail.com
If the operator of the Website changes, these Terms will be updated.
3. Purpose of the Website
The Website presents information about Eco-Bud natural building technology, straw-panel construction, house kits, design services, training, partnership opportunities, builders, manufacturers, projects and construction experience.
The Website is intended to help visitors understand the technology, explore possible cooperation and submit enquiries.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, information published on the Website is general informational material and not a binding commercial offer, quotation, specification, guarantee or promise of a particular result.
4. Eligibility and responsible use
You may use the Website only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
Enquiries and applications submitted through the Website are intended for persons who are at least 18 years old. By submitting a form you confirm that you are at least 18.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide any files, plans, images or personal information included in your enquiry.
5. Construction and technical information
Information concerning buildings, structural systems, panel dimensions, materials, energy performance, production equipment, construction methods, costs and schedules is provided for general guidance only.
It must not be treated as a complete construction project, structural calculation, engineering approval, building permit, certification or professional opinion for a particular site.
Conditions differ between countries and projects. Climate, soil, loads, fire safety, moisture control, energy requirements, local materials, transport, workmanship and building regulations may affect the suitability of any proposed solution.
Before construction or production begins, all relevant information must be checked for the specific project by appropriately qualified architects, engineers, manufacturers, builders and local authorities.
6. No substitute for professional advice
The Website does not replace architectural, structural, engineering, legal, tax, certification, insurance or other professional advice.
You are responsible for obtaining the advice, permissions, calculations and approvals required in the country and location where a project or production activity will take place.
Examples, photographs, build diaries and descriptions of completed projects do not guarantee that the same methods or results will be appropriate for another project.
7. Products, services and separate agreements
House kits, drawings, design work, technical consultations, training, production equipment documentation, technology transfer and partnership arrangements are subject to availability and separate written agreement.
Prices, scope, delivery, payment stages, schedules, responsibilities, intellectual-property rights, revision limits, cancellation terms and warranties must be defined in the applicable quotation, order confirmation or contract.
Where information on the Website differs from a subsequently signed agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence for the relevant transaction.
The Website does not currently provide an online checkout, take online payment or automatically conclude a purchase or service contract.
8. Estimates, performance and project results
Any indicative price, construction period, energy-performance figure, production capacity, material quantity or other estimate shown on the Website is based on assumptions and may change.
Actual results depend on the project, location, design, materials, equipment, workforce, market prices, logistics, approvals and other circumstances outside the Website operator's control.
No estimate becomes binding unless it is expressly included in a separate written agreement.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original text, diagrams, photographs, videos, drawings, branding, layouts and technical materials are owned by or lawfully used by the Website operator or the relevant rights holder.
You may view the Website and make reasonable personal or internal business use of publicly available information.
You may not reproduce, sell, license, distribute, publish, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected Eco-Bud materials, technical drawings, press designs, production instructions or training materials without prior written permission.
A separate agreement may grant additional rights. Any such rights are limited to the scope stated in that agreement.
10. Permitted use
You may:

share ordinary links to public Website pages
print or save reasonable extracts for personal evaluation
submit genuine enquiries about projects, products, services or cooperation
use information made expressly available for public reuse in accordance with its stated conditions
11. Prohibited use
You must not:
use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, forms, accounts or connected systems
introduce malicious code, interfere with security or disrupt Website operation
scrape or extract substantial Website content for unauthorised commercial use
impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority
upload material that infringes privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights

12. Enquiries, files and user submissions
When you submit information or files through the Website, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and that their use for handling your enquiry will not infringe the rights of another person.
You retain ownership of your original materials.
You grant the Website operator a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, store, review and use submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, prepare requested services or comply with legal obligations.
Do not submit confidential trade secrets, unlawful content or personal data about another person unless you have a lawful basis and permission to do so.
Personal data and uploaded files are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy13. Builders, manufacturers and other third parties
The Website may display information about independent builders, manufacturers, designers, consultants, project owners and other third parties.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, these persons and businesses operate independently and are not employees, agents or legal representatives of the Website operator.
A directory listing, project reference or mention on the Website does not constitute an unconditional guarantee, certification or endorsement of a third party's services, financial position, legal compliance or future performance.
Before entering into an agreement with a third party, you should conduct your own checks concerning identity, qualifications, experience, insurance, licences, references, prices and contractual terms.
14. External websites and services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, social networks, maps, document services or other external resources.
These services are controlled by their respective providers. The Website operator is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, content or privacy practices.
A link does not necessarily imply endorsement. You use external services under their own terms and policies.
15. Website availability and changes
The Website may be updated, suspended, restricted or changed without prior notice.
Content may contain errors, become outdated or be temporarily unavailable. Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accurate information, but uninterrupted availability and complete accuracy are not guaranteed.
The Website operator may correct errors, update technical information, remove content or change Website functionality where reasonably necessary.
16. Disclaimers
The Website and its publicly available content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the Website will always be available, error-free, secure or suitable for every user, project, jurisdiction or purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any express obligation or warranty contained in a separately signed agreement.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website operator is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general Website information without appropriate project-specific verification or professional advice.
The Website operator is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, quotations, contracts or work of builders, manufacturers or other third parties listed or mentioned on the Website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Where a product or service is supplied to a consumer, the relevant pre-contractual information, price, payment terms, performance conditions, cancellation rights and complaint procedure will be provided where required before the contract is concluded.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection rule, the mandatory rule prevails to the extent of the conflict.
19. Governing law and disputes
You should first send any question, complaint or dispute concerning the Website to ecobud.info@gmail.com so that an informal resolution can be attempted.
Governing law and jurisdiction are determined under the rules legally applicable to the operator, the user and the relevant relationship.
Any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to a consumer in their country of residence remain unaffected.
20. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated when the Website, services, legal structure or applicable requirements change.
The effective date at the top of the page will be revised when a material update is published. Continued use of the Website after publication of revised Terms means that the revised Terms apply to subsequent use, subject to applicable law.
