2. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to personal data collected through the Eco-Bud website, including the Contact form, the Partnership forms on the Franchise pages and the Builder Application form on the For Builders page.
It does not apply to independent websites, platforms or services that may be accessed through external links, including Telegram and WhatsApp. Those services process data under their own privacy terms.

Please do not submit special-category personal data, confidential identity documents or personal data relating to another person unless you have a lawful basis and permission to do so.
4. Why we use personal data
We use personal data only where it is reasonably necessary for the following purposes:
to receive, review and respond to enquiries

to establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary
5. Legal bases for processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, when you ask us to assess a project, service or partnership opportunity
performance of a contract, where an agreement has been entered into
our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, operating the Eco-Bud project, protecting the website and maintaining business records, provided that those interests are not overridden by your rights
your consent, where consent is specifically requested
compliance with a legal obligation
establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims
You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal and does not affect processing based on another lawful ground.
6. Contact, Partnership and Builder Application forms
The website uses Webflow Forms to receive Contact, Partnership and Builder Application submissions. Form submissions are stored in the Webflow platform, and an email notification is sent to the controller's Gmail mailbox at ecobud.info@gmail.com.
At the date of this Policy:
submissions are not configured to be copied automatically to a CRM, Google Sheets, Make, Zapier or any similar service
no other person has been given access to the Webflow account or to the mailbox that receives the notifications
Webflow and Google process submissions and notifications technically, as service providers. Applications or tools that the controller connects to his Webflow or Google account for administration may access the data on the controller's instructions
attachments uploaded through the Contact form are stored with the submission in Webflow and are currently not downloaded to the controller's computer
telephone information is optional
file upload is optional and is available only through the Contact form
Webflow processes form information on our behalf as a service provider. Webflow may use subprocessors and infrastructure located in different jurisdictions in accordance with its contractual and data-protection arrangements.
The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to distinguish people from automated programs. For this purpose your browser connects to Cloudflare when a page with a form is loaded.
7. Uploaded files
The Contact form allows users to upload a file. The maximum file size is set by the website platform. Uploaded files may contain drawings, photographs, specifications or other project materials.
Do not upload passwords, payment card information, identity documents, medical information, confidential third-party information or personal data that you are not authorised to provide.
Uploaded files are reviewed only for the purpose of responding to the enquiry or assessing a possible project or cooperation.
8. Service providers and data recipients
We disclose personal data only where necessary to operate the website, respond to a request, comply with law or protect legal rights.
Current relevant service providers may include:
Webflow, Inc., which provides website hosting, content delivery and form-submission services

We do not sell personal data.
Photo and project-media workflow, separate from website forms. Eco-Bud uses a separate workflow to publish photographs of projects and production: images sent through Telegram are processed with Make.com, stored in Cloudflare R2 and published through Webflow. Photographs may show people, and information associated with the sender, such as a Telegram username or identifier, may be processed in this workflow. This workflow is not used to receive or process Contact, Partnership or Builder Application form submissions.
Published photographs and related materials are kept for as long as they are used in build diaries and on project pages. Source images and service data in this workflow are stored in Telegram, Make.com and Cloudflare R2 and are subject to the retention settings of those services.
Telegram and WhatsApp receive information only when a user independently chooses to follow an external link or contact us through those services.
9. Google Search Console and analytics
Eco-Bud uses Google Search Console to understand how the website appears in Google Search and to identify indexing or technical problems.
At the effective date of this Policy, the website does not intentionally use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural advertising tools.
Google Search Console is not used by Eco-Bud to create individual visitor profiles on this website.
If analytics or advertising technologies are introduced in the future, this Policy and, where required, the website's consent mechanism will be updated before those technologies are activated.
11. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
enquiries sent through the Contact form: up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication
Partnership and Builder Application submissions: up to 36 months after the last meaningful communication
uploaded files and project materials where no cooperation begins: up to 12 months

12. International data transfers
Some service providers used to operate the website may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
Where data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on the safeguards made available by the relevant service provider, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other legally recognised mechanisms.
Because service-provider infrastructure and subprocessor arrangements may change, current details should also be reviewed in the relevant provider's privacy and subprocessor documentation.
13. Data security
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse.
However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid sending unnecessary confidential or sensitive information through website forms.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Rights may be subject to lawful limitations, including where data must be retained to comply with law or protect legal claims.
15. Children
This website and Eco-Bud's services are intended for adults and business or project-related enquiries. They are not directed to children under 18.
Enquiries and applications submitted through the website are intended for persons aged 18 or over.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data through the website, contact us so that the information can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.
16. External links
The website may contain links to third-party services, including Telegram and WhatsApp. Following an external link may allow that service to receive technical information and any information you subsequently provide to it.
Eco-Bud does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party services. Users should review the privacy information of those services before providing personal data.
17. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, service providers, processing activities or applicable legal requirements change.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by an appropriate additional notice.
